NTAC – Process Engineering devotes most of his work to the Food Industry , participating in all production processes such as production, processing, preparation, storage and packaging of food human and animal consumption.

Highlight its main activity in the Olive sector as NTAC is located on the first producer of olive oil such as Spain, in the province of Jaén, olive locality par excellence.

Distinguish important pioneering work in the automation industry of wine , not to mention other work in other productions such as citrus fruit, or horticultural as tomato . Also covered by this sector, important works in automation industries and olive pomace extraction plants growing Biodiesel.
